The red pepper is an early variety (90 days), vigorous and tall. It evolves from intense green, when immature, to red, with very fleshy pulp.
Extremely tasty, it can be consumed in salads, grilled, and roasted in the oven. It prefers a warm and humid climate, with temperatures between 18ºC to 30ºC during the day.
In addition to its flavor, red pepper is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fibers, making it a nutritious and beneficial food for health.
