1. Subject

These general conditions apply to the sale of products marketed by this entity. These general conditions of sale define, in particular, the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of any exchanges or returns of products requested by customers.

2. Orders

The act of placing an order implies the customer’s prior knowledge and full, unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. No specific condition may prevail over these general conditions of sale unless formally and expressly accepted in writing.

3. Exchanges and Returns

The exchange or return of items is accepted within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items have not been used and are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. The direct costs of exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer. All direct costs related to returns, exchanges, or repair requests shall always be borne by the customer. Returned products that are damaged, used, or incomplete will not be accepted and will not be considered eligible for return or exchange.

4. Payments

Payment for orders must be made prior to the delivery of products, using one of the accepted payment methods. The ordered products will be reserved for a maximum period of 48 hours after the order is placed, pending receipt and validation of payment.

5. Accepted payment methods

We accept payments by PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Credit Card.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

dHotSeeds.com undertakes to ship orders worldwide within a maximum of 2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the transport company and destination. We ensure that all orders are correctly packed and dispatched. In the event of a stock shortage, shipping may be delayed until stock is replenished, according to supplier delivery timelines. dHotSeeds.com is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned items for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to claim the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete name or address
  • Customs inspections, delays, or seizures
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

If an order is returned to us, the customer may choose one of the following options only after the returned goods are received:

  • Reshipment of the order, with shipping costs paid again by the customer; or
  • Refund of the amount paid, excluding:
    • Original shipping costs
    • Payment processing fees
    • Courier service fee charged for the return of the package, in the amount of €4 (four euros).

7. Warranty and liability

All product returns must comply with clause 3 of these general conditions. dHotSeeds.com shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for damage caused by improper or incorrect use of the products sold.

8. Protection of personal data

The security and confidentiality of personal data provided by the customer are guaranteed. The data provided will be incorporated into a computerized file under the exclusive responsibility of dHotSeeds.com, for the purpose of processing orders and sending information regarding promotions and proprietary offers.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed, both in their interpretation and execution, by Portuguese Law. The jurisdiction of the Comarca de Lisboa shall be exclusively competent in the event of any dispute arising from this sales contract.

10. Extrajudicial Resolution of Consumer Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for consumer disputes. List of Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers registered as Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities: CNIACC – National Center for Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration.
