Originally from the state of NOVO MEXICO in the United States, this pepper is really giant.

It is listed in the record book as the largest pepper in the world. It reaches 20 to 30 cm in length.

Excellent pepper to be used in pickles or even to dehydrate and make dried pepper, because its large amount of pulp gives a high yield.

Its degree of burning is low and its most common form of consumption is when it is ripe in the color Red.

Its skin is sweet, not spicy and the meat is medium thick with a smooth and juicy flavor.

The plants are very productive and grow up to 120 cm in height.
